Hen Adoptions
One of our recent chicken adopters wrote us an update. From Linda Hartwig: "Just wanted to send a thank you. Sugar(in photo), Thea, Willow and Millie are all doing well roosting on real tree limbs enjoying digging and scratching. Survived a bath and a afternoon of sun to dry off in. Not sure lettuce is food yet but tomatoes, melon, peas and steamed carrots are all very nice. We think they will be ready for merging into the rest of the flock next week. Your rescue did a great job as these hen are in amazing condition considering where they have come from. "
