I’ve also been practicing avoidance: hiding in my room like a teenager to avoid the people i live with and shitposting/memedealing on fb to flood out political posts being the chief avoidances among them xD 

I wanted to go camping, unfortunately, though, did not get the chance because work.... so i’m going to live vicariously through your adventures!!!  WHAT PLACES DID YOU SEE??? WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE??

49. Where do you go when you’re sad?Depends on why I’m sad. 

Sometimes I’ll take a walk through the neighborhood. Other times I’ll play a video game I find nostalgic or happy. Watch a favorite movie or YouTube video. Listen to an album I associate with good things. Message or call a friend. Go to a crowded public place to be alone in a crowd to observe. Go to a movie by myself. Eat a pint of ice cream. Take a nap. Clean (productive things REALLY help me when I’m down). Write poetry. Take a shower. Do my makeup and my hair.
