an awesome haul on the 13th of July! sometimes luck is in your favour. my phone died before I took a picture of the wren, but I found 4 young rats (some poison was put out near my dad's 😔), a pair of pigeon wings I left, a juvenile herring gull, a black-headed gull, two magpies, and a mole! ❤️

a juvenile herring gull! pretty sure on species because of the light window in the primaries. cause of death isn't very clear, I found him on top of some branches like in the second pic. I took his feathers and skull, and will finish his skeleton at some point.
