an awesome haul on the 13th of July! sometimes luck is in your favour. my phone died before I took a picture of the wren, but I found 4 young rats (some poison was put out near my dad's 😔), a pair of pigeon wings I left, a juvenile herring gull, a black-headed gull, two magpies, and a mole! ❤️

mole skull progress pictures! I pulled him out a bit early to get all his teeth out and secure. I only lost one incisor which was easily replaced!
a little mole I found on the side of the road! I have no idea how this guy died, since he didn't have any injuries and was just on the path. it's a miracle he wasn't stepped on, what a bizarre find! I took his skeleton 😊
