Cut some rosemary and sage from the garden today to make a cleansing bundle :) I was tempted to use rosemary and lavender, but all the lavender is very new so I used the well grown sage instead

Cleansing my blog spiritually and mentally. After this I’m gonna post a link to a kitten video. NGL I legit just searched for kittens playing and clicked on the first one, but it has a compilation of the cutest kittens I’ve ever seen and it looks like that’s all the channel does. I really wanna try to do it once a day but idk if I’ll remember. I’ll try though. That way there’s something wholesome in all this madness to look forward to, and something calming and cleansing to watch. Not just for me, but for everyone who actually sees my blog. I wanna change the space and make it little bit calmer and brighter. Something lighthearted so when we all have a hard day, we can look at that and be grateful that true purity does exist out somewhere in the world. Better than stewing, right? Be blessed by your respective deity or cosmic force, if you have one.

Additionally, and this is for those who may feel much, much worse than me: you feel like you’re looking for a sign to go on and keep fighting/living/healing/changing/etc, this is it and you can do it. You’re loved, you’re worth it, you do deserve to live, you’re strong and you’re capable. You can make it through whatever you’re facing, whether it be wider world issues or personal ones. You did not come from weak blood, and you were loved by people you never knew before you were even born. Every act of love or kindness or compassion or even just sheer determination that came together for your ancestors to ensure you were born, at least eventually, means you should be here. You’re not a mistake, even if you were conceived accidentally or through violence. If you’re alive to read this, you have your own value as a person that’s not determined by outside influences. You’re going to be okay someday if you’re not now. Not out of false positivity, but because I know deep in your soul that there’s enough conviction inside you to survive things you’ve never imagined. Every day will not be perfect, or even good, outside of the fact that you are there, but the good days are breathtakingly beautiful and you deserve to see them. So keep pushing honey bun. You got this.
