🍋Energizing Bath Spell 🍋

A spell to give you energy as well as cleanse your body and soul. I incorporated the sun since it was during summer and it happened to be during a full moon, but it can be done whenever although full moons are good for recharging.

What you need:

Green tea lemon teabags

Basil leaves

Lemon slices

Sea salt

Crystals of your choosing. I used quartz, rose quartz, and some smooth stones found on a beach

Purple flowers for spirituality, yellow flowers for energy and inspiration

Candles

What you do:

🍋 Fill the bath with warm water. Place the crystals and candles, light the candles.

🍋 Cast protective circle, then enter the bath.

🍋 Relax, close your eyes and meditate. Imagine yourself floating in a pool, weightless in the water. What does it smell like? What surrounds you? What sounds do you hear? As you float imagine yourself slowly drifting towards an opening that goes out into a river. Feel the river's current take your further and further away until you float into the ocean. Smell the salt, hear the seagulls, feel its vastness and its power.

🍋 When you feel ready become aware of your physical body and then open your eyes and say:

With the power of the ocean With the grace of the moon With the energy of the sun I cleanse my body and soul May I be filled with energy, motivation and inspiration As my will so mote it be

Wash your face and body and stay for as long as you want

🍋 When ready, exit the bath and close he circle. Blow out the candles and pull the plug. (I picked out the ingredients first so it wouldn't clog the drain) As the water drains away imagine all your worries and toil drain away and you may say out loud:

At the closing of this ritual and as this water drains, wash away my sorrows and troubles

And you're done! I hope you are left rejuvenated and energised!
