Herbal Love Spell

To dispel negative feelings in a romantic relationship.

Grind the following lightly in mortar and pestle, repeating your lover’s name:

Coriander seeds: deepen and strengthen existing relationship

Caraway seeds: to increase lust in another

Bay leaves: represent “glory of love”, to attract soul mate

Dill: protect and strengthen existing love

Rose hips: healing, protection, love

Catnip: for love and bonding 

Fill a sachet with mixture and pass through incense smoke, incanting:

Goddess above, 

Help me reunite with my love 

Bring us loving harmony and peace 

May the strength of our bond increase 

Every night while he dreams 

Let the negative energy release 

Blessed be

Tie closed, and seal with a kiss. Meditate with the sachet pressed to your heart, charging it with loving energy. Place sachet under your lover’s pillow.

Good Morning, Fellow Witches!

Went out yesterday and got myself this lovely book on herb magic. I’m only on chapter 2 and already, there’s so much information to process. Here’s what I find to be the most important and interesting so far:

The days of the week, the seasons, and the lunar phases all have their own kind of energy. These time frames all dictate when it’s the best time to cast a spell. Ellen made a diagram in the book for the days of the week; here’s what she said:

Sunday = The Sun

Cast for - Success, Realizing your goals, Building confidence, Wealth, and Fame

Monday = The Moon

Cast for - Goddess magic, Women’s ministries, Emotions, Instincts, and Intuition

Tuesday = Mars

Cast for - Problem solving, Courage, Passion, and Vitality

Wednesday = Mercury

Cast for - Communication matters, Cleverness, Creativity, Improving luck

Thursday = Jupiter

Cast for - Prosperity, Expansion, Moving up in the world, Healing, and Health

Friday = Venus

Cast for - Love, Luxury, Pleasure, and Entertainment

Saturday = Saturn

Cast for - Protection, Banishing, and Bindings

Now, I didn’t go nearly as in depth as she did for length’s sake, but we all know the rule of 3 - “Whatever you do will come back to you 3 times over.” She makes it very clear to be aware of your intentions and what you cast spells for. 

I highly suggest to any beginners to go out and get this book. I, myself, am not 100% certain about spells yet but, I feel like this is a good place to grow and get comfortable. 

Also, the crystals to the left of the book, in descending order, are Lepidolite, Lepidorite, and Amethyst.
