Running a shisha business out of a residential address...
I live in herbert crescent. after months of dealing with seriously nutty middle eastern neighbours above me (saudi arabia) i am now pretty convinced thet are running their shisha business out of the above me flat. that would explain the constant in and out of people at all times of the day and night. a torture. if they do it would be a breach of contract and could mean finally evicting the nutters. any idea or suggestions to give me? and no, nuking them not an option. simply cause my lovely wife would be affected. if not…
