So Luna was gone, and it wasn't the first time. At first Lissandra had barely seen any reason to react, her intended role there was simple enough. She would continue to serve, somebody was still paying her.
And when that dear did leave, well, it made it all the easier to work on her hobbies. She was confident that she had made it this far without anyone noticing, she would likely be out of a job if they had.
And out of public favour.
But the practice hadn't just continued on without one at the helm. Someone had reached for it. Someone she was otherwise unfamiliar with.
It was amusing enough, watching it from inside the wings. The lad practically swooped in at just the opportune moment. A dash of charisma and organisation, then he was suddenly running the place. She had to commend the effort.
Well, if she was going to be here most days...
A brief and spidery frost followed the wintry digit she traced across the reception desk. Looking far less regal in a set of green scrubs and blue sunglasses, Lissandra turned to the one she'd been waiting for.
"Well, this must be good timing. I don't think we've had the pleasure of being formally introduced." A softly glowing hand was extended as a smile grew across her face. "It's Lissandra, and I suppose I'm your resident sawbones."
