making order 66 survivor jedi ocs my beloved
had bad insomnia and came up with these.
The twi’lek is Jorda (26ish), the quarren is Andqun (2.5yo) , and the herglic is Torsuun (10yo).
these are just for my daydreaming pleasure and maybe drawing bc I picked species I find aesthetically fun.
little explanation of them surviving order 66 under the cut
Jorda (26ish) is the twi’lek and he survived order 66 sort of by technicality bc he had just been knighted and had not yet decided on/received his assignment because the war was wrapping up and his name wasn’t actually in the databases of Jedi because he had been deleted from the padawan list but had not yet decided where he wanted to have his name re-entered (he was leaning towards temple guard) so the Inquisitors never end up looking for him specifically.
When Order 66 happened he was doing a shift as a temple guard in some of the upper lower levels, and that’s when he found Torsuun (10) the herglic, who was maybe going to be his sister padawan because his master was about to formally pick her to train. She was down there because she was working with the creche that week with the younger kids and she was tracking down Andqun (2.5) the quarren who had snuck out to go to the swimming pool and gotten lost. So the two younglings were wandering the mostly empty lower levels when Order 66 happened and the Bad Feelings in the Force happened. Jorda ran into them, sort of knew what was up from Feelings and the snatches he could catch from the comm channel with the other guards.
He grabbed the younglings and headed down, escaping into the lower levels of Coruscant where he had them take off their outer layers of more noticeable jedi robes and managed to lay low until they got a flight out of there.
I have not decided what planet they end up on, but they all get new outfits to blend in, Jorda decides to blend in by leaning into the stereotypical pretty Twi’lek with scanty clothes aesthetic, which is a big adjustment from layers of robes, and spins a story about all of them being part of a larger refugee group and then losing people so that now he’s taking care of two orphans and the new empire isn’t giving refugees aide the same etc etc.
at some point i’m definitely going to come up with a smuggler or bounty hunter crew or smth for them to wind up with but this is all just day dream entertainment for me.
