What is Kara's initial reaction to becoming Inquisitor? Does she grow into it? Does she loathe every second? What does she do after the defeat of Corypheus?

She's overwhelmed by the expectations people hold of her, at first. Firm in her belief that she's chosen by Andraste, and having already carried the title of Herald and the duties that came along with pride, being the Inquisitor, officially, actually quickly becomes a strong source of stability for her, allows her a kind of comfort in who she is that she's rarely had in her life. She hopes to use her influence to improve life for mages and bring reform to the Chantry.

Being a person of importance by her own virtue, rather than the weight that came with her deceased friend's noble birth, makes her more confident, as well, though she still fears what would become of her if anyone learned about the real Lady Trevelyan (and does worry that things will be worse if people discover the truth after she's been made Inquisitor.)

(As for post-Corypheus, I'll come back to this when I've completed the game.)

What is Loghain's thought process during the Fade? How does he react to Hawke being left behind? Is he secretly happy? Wracked with guilt?

He's a man of reason and logic who's been thrown into a world of illogic and dreams- he knows how to stay composed and focus on the mission, he's trained his life for that type of control, but the Fade is on a whole new level.

With Hawke being left behind...it doesn't seem fair. He's sixty-five, and hated in two nations. They've only known each other for a few months, but Hawke has proven themselves capable and strong, and Loghain feels like Hawke dying is his fault. It doesn't feel fair that he was denied both the ability to earn redemption by killing the Archdemon and to die with honor in the Fade.

His is pleased, however, that he is left in command of the Orlesian Wardens. He is a strategist, and his skills weren't used well under Clarel and her want to make sure his presence didn't offend anyone.

How would Magnus react to Lelianna's death if she were to fall? Would he accept her position if offered to him by the Inquisitor?

Mhm he'd be devastated. He follows her becaus ehe believes in what she believes in, in what she teaches. A forgiving Maker, one that might still love them. Beauty in darkness.. it helped him to get at least a bit over his obsession with perfection when he met her the first time after the Blight.

Her dying.. would for him be a sign that it was not true. That there is no guarding hand, that they will all die in vain.. 

Probably not. Magnus doesn't like to send others to their death, he rather goes himself. Plus becoming the next Margrave looms still over his head, so accepting another high position would create a conflict of interests for later.

He'd probably suggests Varric, he runs a spy network himself anyway, and most Agents/Soldiers trust him.

Be able to hold your own. Be competent, or at least strive to be competent in whatever you do. It's great if you find joy in your work, but if you do it because it's the right thing to do, that's very admirable as well. It helps if you're good in some sort of combat, since Josephine herself is very much a squishy human and does not even want to go back to fighting ever, but there are still situations where words just will not save your hide, and she knows that very well. She admires people with good self-esteem, though she sometimes falls for façades there.
