Sailed with the crew of the #Heriber to do work at their 'bateas' in the Ría de #Vigo (fiord), where for generations they have been growing mussels in these floating platforms. The tasty bivalves grow from suspended ropes tied to the wooden beams of the batea. Sometimes up to 600 ropes can be suspended per batea producing thousands of pounds of delicious #mollusks.
