just found the cereal for me. I love the crunchiness, decent fiber, low sugar content and the fact that it's organic. It's just slightly sweet; unless you're coming off a lifetime addiction to Frosted Flakes it will taste fine. I feel like these stay crunchy in milk for a reasonable amount of time, and there are countless ways to dress it up with fruit and nuts or dried fruit. In my experience it withstands the rigors of hiking without crumbling into unsatisfying dust. I don't find it particularly difficult to chew as one might expect from OTHER impact resistant cereals with way more fiber.
