Miscellaneous Minecraft creepypasta lore pt 2?

*maniacal giggling* I am 4 gummies (vitamin gummies) in, blacked out, and woke up to this big ahhEssay on my au 😭.Anyways up next : Dreadlord & Null (even tho they come out much later in the storyline once ent and hero team up out of boredom.)

Dreadlord is an absolute kleptomaniac. He's crow-coded your honour.

If anything that's the first sign anyone noticed implying his unfamiliar presence!

As for the story line in this arc :The main duo (entity303 and herobrine) built a medium sized base in within a hill they hollowed out under a village because herobrine got bored of his simple existence and wanted to 'take over the World (current Minecraft world they were in)'.

Note : This main base occasionally gets expanded with new tunnels being built and new rooms being added.

The reason hero wanted to do such a thing was because now (after his own and ent's near death experience) that he's now recognized as a player by Minecraft's systems, which means he's now capable of unlocking achievements, chatting non-stop in the game's message system instead of using wooden signs, and officially friending entity in-game (which means hero will now always find him.)

All of the new feature's available to herobrine make hero very happy.

The only downside is that hostile mobs are now 'absolute douchebags' by herobrine's standards as they keep attacking him.

But in the upside herobrine now gets to enjoy the full Minecraft experience.

Anyways back to dreadlord .

Dreadlord himself is a bot.

Not a full fledged virus, but definitely not a real player or in-game feature either.

His existence isn't exactly malicious, his presence doesn't inherently cause slowed servers (lag), he doesn't steal data nor leak it, his coding skills are so 'trash' entity himself deemed him harmless and incapable of taking down a server even if he tried.

Ent said and I quote : "whatever purpose his presence may have, it's as useless and pathetic as a wet sock."

Anyways dreadlord kinda sucks coding-wise aside for a small handful of commands, but despite this he is blessed with brute force rivaling that of a golem at times.

Herobrine finds dreadlord's presence interesting and maybe even amusing while entity's busy giving the new addition an interrogation inquiring about his existence, creation , purpose, arrival ,etc.

Seems entity's more worried fixated about something else.

Now Then: How did dreadlord even get into this situation?

...well....

Let's just say his tendencies got him here.

His nature can be compared to that of a crow's because there are only 3 things he truly wants.

"Riches": gold, iron, diamond, emerald, He. Wants. It. All, There is nothing that skeleton wouldn't hoard. He take's one thing from each pile during his 'visits', sometimes he gives something small back like a trade, but most time's he just yoinks something and scuttles away before anyone takes notice.

Eventually Entity occasionally does notices the number of items decrease by bit during his bi-weekly inventory checks, but he disregards it as hero probably went to make something or misplaced a few things.

(This guy would totally love to participate in a raid.)

"Food" :he sometimes steals small snacks from the food chests , small enough quantities to go unnoticed by herobrine, but just enough for entity to assume hero's been boredom eating.

Lastly a "crew": Though dreadlord mainly avoids direct confrontation during this arc, he's interested in whatever plans ent and hero got going on and he kinda wants in on the fun. Only issue is he has no idea on how to introduce himself so he simply leaves signposts in random places and watches from afar (that is until Ent set a trap baited with gold & diamond to capture the thing, meanwhile herobrine kept begging him to keep dreadlord around.)

Hence explaining the new addition to the newly formed team.

Note : Herobrine's going to be a major influence to dreadlord, at this point I can't tell whether that's a good thing or bad thing. Entity now has two "liabilities" to work with.

Can't think of anything rn.....This draft's messy and probably more chaotic than my earlier post but I ain't gonna let it marinate on Google docs , now I gotta figure out how to use ao3 bc I'm multi fandom and honestly since my ao3 account is so ANCIENT it's full of a bunch of kinda uh cringy? Fics from my fledgling writer era, and I also gotta take into account that each 3 of my tumblr blogs mix together onto that single ao3 account which means the separation of fandom's isn't as clean and sterilized as I'd hoped...
