florence couldn’t help herself, when she was walking down the street she saw him - someone she had only seen in photos and she felt like her heart sank into her stomach. the pull to him felt like it was magnetic, before she knew it one foot was in front of the other and she was walking in the direction he was in.  no plan at all, all she knew was this was her birth father and no matter what happened he had to be better than the ‘parents’ who raised her. just as she was getting nervous and about to change her mind to walk away she came face to face with him, her mouth opening to speak and she cleared her throat. “sorry, you just really look like someone i knew. i thought..” she stopped herself, then she smiled. “it doesn’t matter, my most sincere apologies for such a lack of manners.”  @herobro​ | closed.
