i replaced all of them with the better quality images.. i couldn't find the original image for the bittern stamp so i changed it to a green heron stamp i hope nobody notices... listening to cherry bomb right now

i was birding outside and i spotted one of my cousins, the great egret flying towards the pines.. which was amazing. i also spotted pheobes and ground doves as well! i got half of a dead butterfly and now i'm gonna put it in the frame with the other one

i was gone for most of the day bc i was at the zoo... only asked for the heron photos from my mom which weren't even part of the animals that were there but still any time i see any bird from the ardeidae family i must get a snapshot..

so FIRST. this was the first time i've ever seen one of my species in real life and it was just so cool to encounter. it was shaking its wings and being a hunchback because that's just what we do

and i also saw my cousins, the great egret and the great blue heron. on the way home i saw another egret !!

going to play my wingit game on my vr to go into heronspace mode or somethiign. because wading in the grass outside earlier just flipped a switch in my brain

fyi if i tag something as "heronspace" it's just a filter tag for stuff relating to my soul self. pure me. or just flatout heronspace which is the state of mind where i connect to it for a long moment and completely disregard my physical being.. because on my old account i used to have this tag all the time but of course i deleted that- ok ok hard to explain anyways bringing back the tag. makes this ugly yawn at all of you. you'll see what i mean
