Base Game Body Hair Converted to Female by herrbrecht
"This is a conversion of the base game body hair, so that it can be worn by female sims. I got the idea when I was playing with a very hairy male sim and I had him go to the spa for a waxing. I realized that women don't have any kind of hair removal in the game, which isn't very "realistic". So, I thought I could convert some body hair to see if that would allow them to get a waxing at the spa -- turns out it does! It seems that as long as a sim has body hair attached to them, they can use that interaction regardless of their gender. So now, I guess you can add the hassle of shaving into your game -- but hey, at least it's more realistic! :P

"This is a beach house I've built on Beryl Shoals in Isla Paradiso for my resort owner merman sim to make it easier for him to swim in the ocean. I tried my best and I think it turned out pretty nice. It's a 4 level house, although the 3rd floor is only a small room. I've used no CC and it only requires Island Paradise, Pets and Diesel Stuff.

"What is this? This is a mod that changes the little dot that lights up when the mouse cursor is hovering over a pie menu option from white to yellow. It also changes the dot of the yellow opportunity options to a purple one. I did this because I thought white wasn't obvious enough. This mod was originally meant for personal use but I thought I could share it for people who with vision problems. Unfortunately, I don't know if it can somehow be used with the Tiny UI Fix.I tested it briefly with the Tiny UI fix at 1.25x scaling and it worked fine, so it should be compatible.

"A beach house for your island sims! Built on 2 Shark Bay in Isla Paradiso, right next to the Ojeda household. Should look good on any island world, as long as you place it on a seaside lot. It comes with cc furniture (5 chairs and 1 bench, please see pictures) made by Lisen801. If you don't like it, there's base game items that will look just as good. Important notice: When I placed the house on the same lot in a new save, the boat was floating above the house. I'm not sure what caused this but it can be easily fixed by clicking on the boat and placing it back on the mooring post. Rooms:
