there would be far fewer hate messages sent via anon. you can turn the anon feature off on your own blog, but you can't shut off a hate blog. also people are scared of fake anon buttons and IP trackers, which wittles down the amount of hate when they have to go directly to the blogger they are being an asshole about.

I use the CC version, but I've been using photoshop for years now, and I love it! It may look hard to use at first, but if you read a few tutorials and practice a bit, you'll see that it's an easy software~
