jimmy is pretty gross already…so far, he’s got a murder and rape on his rap sheet. promising
i'm pretty sure they're not gonna go the historical route and make him anything like grady stiles, though, so he's not technically a villain; in fact, he's one of the central characters everyone's meant to root for. they're making him as sympathetic as they can - he's just a typical ahs character, who are all...pretty much..like that. terrible. all ahs characters are terrible, disgusting people, that's what makes the show so interesting to me
tate was a whole different brand of evil, though, and i MISS IT because it was enforced that he was evil; you could like him, but he was still 100% villain, you could be sympathetic, but at the end of the day he's literally the worst person to ever exist and you're relieved when he has a downfall, and i miss that, i miss the straight-up-no-questions evilness and emotional complexity
