if you have Lyme disease tear gas will make you herx BADLY (including if you are in remission) so take protecting yourself seriously

If that means doing mutual aid/jail support instead of being on the front lines that’s great

If that means being part of the car caravan that’s great

If you green light yourself that’s great - wear protective eyewear, invest in a gas mask (not just a mask), and make a plan for herxing

I feel like I’ve been run over by a fucking truck today. 

I have to be off of all of my methylation stuff for three days in order to get a blood test. I was off of them for four days (couldn’t wake up to get the test) last week and then they couldn’t/wouldn’t do the test there so now I’ve been off of them for three days again. Felt wayyyy too shitty to even wake up today, so I couldn’t go again. 

I’m herxing hard from my rifampin. The methylation stuff really helps me deal with my herxes - obviously. And I don’t have it. And I feel like fuuuuck.

Anyway.

Back on Flagyl

I’m back on Flagyl, but pulsed this time 3 days on, 4 days off. Both times I’ve done it so far I’ve herxed. The last one was pretty bad, especially with lack of energy. I’ve been having a lot of joint and muscle pains lately too.

As far as Cholestyramine, I’m now up to 1tsp. I’ve realized that it doesn’t take the place of the activated charcoal; so I still need to take that as well. Even with Cholestyramine + Activated Charcoal I’m still having diarrhea. I have been thinking maybe since Cholestyramine is so expensive that I would take another shot at Calcium Bentonite Clay or something which has always made me constipated in the past to squelch the diarrhea.
