Oh shit I just commented on Gambit yesterday, I'm so sorry! I figured you weren't writing it anymore but I didn't realize why 😭 I just thought you'd changed fandoms. I love Gambit so much, I just wanted to share my appreciation, didn't mean to drag up bad feelings.
Oh, no worries! The reason I haven't turned off comments on Gambit is because the overwhelming majority of comments on Wake/Gambit are good, I just get very tense about comment notifications on those two because I've gotten a lot of dislike over the past nearly-nine years now (counting from when Wake started going up). I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it!
The Ouroboros series is pretty much permanently on hold, just because I can't really think about writing it without having a panic attack -- it's extremely unlikely that I'll go back to it, and it's pretty unlikely I'll ever write those characters again, and I will almost certainly never write Anakin/Obi-Wan/Padme again. I did flip fandoms back in 2015, in the sense that I went from one Star War to another (Rebels), and I meant to write the third Ouroboros story after I finished Backbone in 2018, but I just...I couldn't do it. I tried, I couldn't do it.
