Ingredients: 500g high-quality beef mince. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 1 garlic clove, minced. 1 egg yolk. Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. 4 brioche burger buns. 4 slices of mature cheddar cheese. 4 large lettuce leaves. 4 slices of ripe tomato. 4 slices of red onion. 8 slices of crispy bacon. 4 tablespoons of Heston's special burger sauce.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mince, chopped onion, minced garlic, and egg yolk. Season the mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
