Today I told my friends we're just like the Baltic trio (Hetalia). Neither friend really knew much about Hetalia, giving me great leverage to skew the narrative. I picked and chose traits and did a quick rundown on them, and then when it came to me (Estonia) I said "and I'm the stable one. I just work here! I'm normal and lucky and smart!" But

Instead of going "what! How dare you call us stressed out and nervous and call yourself talented and witty! There's an imbalance here!" They just?! Agreed!? With me?! I didn't realize I did such a good job at picking and choosing traits, either! I didn't expect them to agree?! With their readings?! I expected a "wow. You think I'm just a shaking chihuahua of a person" but NO they said "I am being perceived and it is accurate" WHAT! I WAS! JOKING! I WAS JOKING!! MY FRIENDS ARE ACTUALLY COOL, WHAT DO YOU MEAN! What do you MEAN I got away with this and you guys supported me and my silly interest?!? GUYS.....

today marks the one year anniversary of me finding out i’m well. me!!!

i never would’ve thought that finding out i’m some ancient anime boy would lead to me not only developing a whole special interest in china but SO many other interests too (warships, countries in general, opium, vexillology, etc) so thats fun!

i sure didn’t expect that finding out something like this would have affected my life so much either but i certainly can’t say it’s in a negative way, even if i do get emotional sometimes over missing my old friends :,)

though the nyos weren’t a thing in my canon, for some reason i see my uh. lady counterpart that i’m unsure of the name of (chunyan i think is most common? gosh darn it hima just give the nyos names) as sort of a sister?? for some reason??

never met her, probably never will, mostly no clue what she’s like but thats 100% my sister right there. don’t care one bit that we’re technically the same person
