yeah man if i'd have done that around xmas i would have been balling like a baby omg (cough, not that i almost did anyway, nope...) AND ACTUALLY I VERY SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED CALLING HIM PJ IT ALMOST HAPPENED. alas erebus has stuck, which has already been shortened to eb because i am lazy :p and what omg there's one in bham i never knew that, i thought it was just london ;u;

ugh yeah they're progressively getting worse but i am busying myself with writing at the table and ignoring them until i get home and disappear for a few days aha. idk what i'm going to do after that though, there's not really anything at home for me except for the dogs so i might see if my brother will have me for a while hmm

i laughing so hard right now. i’m presuming you’re all right though? he didn’t freak out did he?

he did look a bit weirded out, so I pushed him out of the room while saying 'I'm just informing myself', and yeah, not really giving him time to say anything (but he was also just about to leave since he's moving out to live in a city in South Germany). well well, not gonna see him much in the next time anyway :)

Dance, You're Human

AN: This my birthday present for my lover pj, go congratulate her, too :)

Castiel nodded, but judging from the way his eyes were darting around the room he was still too nervous to actually enjoy himself. It only got worse when a woman started to come over to them, smiling at Castiel at first, but then turning to Dean. “You want to dance?” The booming music send chills through Dean's body and grinning wildly he accepted her offer. “Sure thing, baby. Hey, Cas, you go find someone too, okay? Have fun, move your body, you will like it.” Dean quickly learned that the woman's name was Christine and that she really liked to dance closely with him, but he couldn't help being distracted by Castiel's figure still sitting lonely at the bar. After three songs he sighed and apologised to Christine for leaving her.

“Why are you coming back? It seemed like you had fun with her.” Castiel's eyes send him a puzzled look. “Yeah, but tonight is about you, so come on, get your ass up and follow me.” Leading Castiel out on the dance floor, Dean turned around when they were surrounded by dancing people. The sheer mass forced them to stand closely together, leaving next to no space between them. Dean started to move to the music, but quickly had to held his hand over his mouth to prevent himself from laughing out loud. With the slightly panicking look in his eyes and the pathetic swinging from side to side Castiel looked like a lost puppy in his worst nightmare.

“Buddy, wait.” He laid his hands on Castiel's hips and started to move them to the buzzing beat. After a while Castiel moved on his own record, but Dean couldn't bring himself to remove his hands. There was something about the way Castiel gazed at him trustfully with these damned blue eyes that led to Dean shuffling closer and wrapping his arms around the fallen angel's waist. After a few tense seconds, Castiel wrapped his arms around Dean's neck, moving in sync with Dean. He rather felt than heard Castiel's warm breath ghosting over his neck and decided that he simply loved it. They danced for a long time like this, actually until nearly everyone has left, with Dean's hands occasionally trailing over Castiel's back. He took a step back, sporting a wide grin that caused Castiel to smile, too. “I think we should do that again sometime in the nearer future, okay?”

“I would like that.” Dean took Castiel's hand into his own and led him out into the darkness. Maybe he could actually get Castiel to stop mourning. Tonight had felt like a good start.
