She was shamelessly caught while looking at the stunning raven haired woman. They were coworkers - that much she learned and she could see why; she was gorgeous and exuded confidence with just a touch of mystery that drew people in. "I didn't realize I'd rubbed a genie's lamp, but now that you ask-- " Kaya hummed, pretending to be deep in thought while shifting her weight from one foot to the other. Truthfully she had no idea what to say, not really having expected this outcome out of her simple moment of admiration.

"I'd like a drink and..."

Hmm.

"For the genie to be free."

“Are you a 45-degree angle? Because you’re a cutie!”

What were people on this island on? Do they all just... say such things?

If so, she could get used to it.

He was adorable - from his cute cat-like eyes to the cheeky smile, he just was the cutest thing Kaya had seen since getting to that place. "You must be looking at a mirror because you are the cutie pie." She couldn't help herself while smiling back and holding out her bag of mini chocolate chip biscuits. "I'm Kaya. Want to share?"

“I seem to have lost my phone number. Can I have yours?“

Kaya blinked in surprise as she grabbed her 'Strawberry Basil Iced Tea' off the counter - all she'd done was go to the coffee place to try the spring specials before they were sold out when she was presented with the chuckle-worthy line. "I don't know, can you?" The question would've sounded dismissive if it weren't for the clear amusement in her voice and raised eyebrow as she turned around, drink in hand to face the one bold enough to approach a stranger.

Oh.

The tips of her ears turn slightly pink seeing the beautiful woman but she doesn't hesitate. "How about I help you find yours instead?"

“You know, you might be asked to leave soon. You’re making the other girls look bad!“

"They should try to keep up then, boss."

Kaya shrugged, eyebrows slightly raised at the comment Eden had made. She didn't take it personally - quite the opposite! It was more of a compliment and if she was allowed to be honest, she'd say how the other girls felt was not her problem. Not when her paycheck came first, anyway.

"If they feel some type of way then they can deal with it themselves." She shot a playful wink at her manager before reaching for yet another glass of beer for yet another customer. It looked like it'd be a busy night and it never hurt to get more attention than expected, right?

“You’re so beautiful that you made me forget my line.“

It's day one at Dr. feelgoods, the night is young yet there's plenty customers coming in already. Kaya was in the middle of pouring some man a drink when the voice caught her by surprise - was this a normal occurrence? Maybe she'd misheard? Oh! It was definitely directed at someone else, right?

Maybe not.

As soon as she turned around she caught the gaze of a stunning woman and an amused grin claimed her lips without giving her a chance to fight it back. "Oh? Then maybe a drink can help you remember." She placed the drink in front of the scoundrel who asked for it without much interest, her eyes never faltering from the hold she had them in. "What can I get you?"
