Even though I wasn’t originally going to, since the final season of The Owl House has released, I’ve decided to rewrite the majority of what has happened so far. The ending of the show was actually a really good place to add in the characters so I’m going to do that instead. If you want to see the old posts, they’ll still all be <here>, but they won’t really be part of it anymore.
Now, the idea is that all of the characters have grown up, and they are closer to the ages they would be after their show ended, if that makes sense. For example, since Dipper and Mabel were 13 in 2016 when their show ended, they would be 20 in this story.
Basically, after they defeat Belos and take back the Isles, Luz made the portal to travel between the realms with King’s and the Collector’s help, but they ended up making a few other portals while working to build the right one. While Luz & co. knew about most of the portals, others opened without their knowledge, or were made on Earth and not the Isles.
