“Flash-cicle, that’s the best you could come up with? Come on, Cold, you can do better.”

Leonard smirked, aiming at Barry again. Barry grinned back.

“At least an ‘ice to meet you’ or something,” Barry said.

“Ice to meet you?” Leonard said.

“Don’t mind him,” Lisa said. “He’s just trying to play big imposing supervillain to show off in front of Ms West.”

“I don’t have a crush on Ms West!” Leonard protested. So clearly Barry had missed something.

“I get it,” Barry said, darting over to pat his arm. “No, sorry, that was a lie, how do you get crushes on people you don’t know?”

“Will you-” Leonard fired his gun, Barry dodging effortlessly- “hold still-” he fired again- “so I can kill you?”

“Why would I do that?” Barry asked, stopping right beside Leonard so he could punch him.

From Gone in a Flash, which is ticking along slightly slower while I get distracted by Writer's Month (I wasn't planning on doing it this year but then I had Westhallen ideas), but I am determined to get it done by the end of the year. Fingers crossed

g’morn folks I’m miraculously not hungover but am on vacation, so activity will be sporadic, especially responses to dms--if you want to chat, discord will be faster. brazen femme#9554, just let me know who you are. 

also, since I’m a known dumbass who starts blogs and then goes on vacation without getting pages up, quick PSA that this is not a mutuals-only blog. I am selective, because....there are only so many hours in the day, but to me that means that I reserve the right to see if we click, or drop threads/asks when necessary, not that I won’t write with you if I don’t follow or you shouldn’t feel free to chat about writing together or send in some memes. 

Now, I think maybe I’ll go back to sleep ;)
