Hey Wilbur is a copypasta from the ye old smpblr days (aka the smplive/smpearth fandom). It comes from an ask that was originally send to a kin confession blog and immediately blew up in smpblr. By the time the person who ran the original blog realized that the ask was a) from someone who kinned an actual person, and b) about shipping two actual people, and the op deleted the post, it was already too late, it had become a huge meme in the community. It's a huge piece of the mcyt tumblr fandom history.
