Hey there friends, have you ever looked at a piece of my art and gone "Woah, I want that on my wall!" (Or as a sticker, or a pin, or a t-shirt, or a tote bag, or whatever)? Well then look no further, I have officially set up a redbubble!

It has prints pulling from all different fandoms I've created for, from MCYT, to Sonic, to Markiplier and JackSepticEye, Sweet Tooth, Pokemon, and Slenderverse (and even that one GeoWizard illustration I made last year)!

this ended up being less of a comic and more just me writing dialogue with some stylistic elements for structure bc i hate drawing people and faces. but yeah im chewing on him like a dog toy. great character keep it up mate 👍

Just went a rabbit hole reading all your hc ghosts au posts and as a big fan of bbc ghosts and mcyt (my absolute shock when my comfort streamer RumbleTumble Games showed up cannot be understated) and i was wondering if you ever did end up posting a fic for it? Because the writing snippits youve posted have all been really good!

I have not posted a fic yet, but I have done a like. Incredibly large amount of outlining for the fic! I've kind of been out of the mcyt fixation for awhile, but, seeing as it is definitely creeping back up in me at the moment, maybe I'll actually get around to writing and posting it sometime soon, we'll see ☝️

I know almost nothing about RTGame but I love your watcher!RT art so very much and the next time I have time (hah) I swear I'm gonna sit down and find out about what this guy's channel is all about.

I'm going to be so real with you. My Watcher RT art is maybe not a good example of what his actual content is like and you should maybe not base your expectations of his channel solely on my incredibly specific au art of him lol

BUT! I absolutely do recommend his content!! He is one of my favorite streamers/youtubers of all time and has been for a very long time now.

If you're looking to understand why I characterize him the way I do in my Watcher art I would totally recommend his minecraft community build videos series and his Balatro videos. Generally though some of my favorite series from him that I'd recommend for anyone are his Elden Ring, Fallout, Pokémon, and horror movie games series!

why is ghosts!pix obsessed with proving ghosts are real when he basically already knows? is it about justifying it to the rest of the world or is he having a hard time coping with a major part of his worldview changing?

It's a bit of both!

Pix has always considered himself a man of science (I think I've mentioned before that he studied archeology in university before putting his studies on hold to pursue the show with Zloy and Lyarrah, a field which is all about gathering and analyzing physical evidence) and presented himself for the entire run of the show as a skeptic, because he really was at his core convinced that ghosts could not be real. It definitely shakes his world view, but it also shakes his reputation and the show's reputation.

The house goes viral for the faked haunting on their first investigation, so for Pix to have to come back and admit that there was something real in the house feels embarrassing enough without the audience piling on him for the sudden shift in belief (I'm sure we all know how easy it is for comment sections to turn on a creator when they don't conform to the audience's preconceived notions). Add on to that the ghosts actively fucking with him on purpose, especially Joe, and the fact that Joe specifically was alive and a very prominent radio host when Pix was younger, probably someone that he would've been aware of if not a fan of before his death, and you get a whole can of emotions.

Like. Your worldview has been rocked. You are gathering mind-blowing concrete evidence of the existence of ghosts and as a scientist you are both fascinated and terrified by what you can't explain. You are being directly spoken to by the ghost of a famous man who you remember from your childhood and he refuses to let you catch him on recording. All of the ghosts either hate you or want nothing more than to fuck with you and hinder your investigation. The owners of the house are either no help or the most suspicious people you've ever interacted with depending on the day. Your entire audience thinks you've abandoned your principles to chase clout at the first sign of virality and each new video you make on the house in question is hurting your channel. Your friends are growing increasingly concerned with your interest in this particular haunting and slowly backing away from the investigation. You are slowly putting together the puzzle pieces of what's happening in that house and you have proof, and still no one really believes you. I mean. Perfect storm for an obsessive spiral.

still thinking abt ur ghosts au pix tbh. can he see any of them? does he know they exist? can he communicate with them? if so, how, and what do they think about each other?

Okay so Pix definitely Knows they exist but he can't see them.

Pix is originally a complete skeptic, but after they pick up a recording of Joe's voice during the recap crew's first investigation of the house (one he originally thinks is fake) he eventually realizes this recording isn't one he can find any match for across the available archive of Joe's old radio shows and becomes convinced that it's authentic, and that the house does have at lest one resident ghost. Which is what causes the recap crew to start making their repeated investigation visits. At that point Joe is offended by the fact that Pix had originally dismissed him but still kind of wants to help the guy so, being a man of the bit as always, will talk directly to Pix, but only when he's alone and there's nothing recording.

So Pix is having full on conversations with a ghost and yet can not prove it to anyone. After several years doing a ghost hunting show while not believing in ghosts. And he picks up from context clues based on things Joe says that there are, in fact, many ghosts in the house. And he keeps getting little pieces of proof on video every time they investigate, but nothing that can convince their audience after the house has already kind of gone viral for one faked haunting. Hence Pix's whole conspiracy spiral trying to find out and prove what the hell is going on in the house, all the way from essentially perfectly figuring out what ghosts exist to trying to prove that Grian and Etho can see them.

Most of the ghosts find him mildly annoying or entertaining at first, a few of them are outright hostile (Bdubs for good reason that I. Will Not spoil.) But they do grow increasingly concerned the more he seems to figure out about the house and the more intent he seems on proving it as he gets further into the obsession spiral of it all.

Have you seen the trailer for the new Ghosts UK movie yet? Thoughts?

I did!!! I'm super excited to see what they do with it. I loved how hard the trailer went with the editing and such to make it feel very traditional-haunting-horror-movie-y, a lot of my favorite episodes from the og series were ones where they leaned hard into specific genre styles for the bit, so it's definitely got my attention 😊
