Crisp air! Leaves changing color! The crunchiness when you step on leaves! Pumpkin spice everything! That warm feeling! Needless to say I miss the East Coast autumn.

Sometimes my brain shoves a sock in my mouth because whatever is going on around is so much more important than whatever's in my thoughts, other times my brain fries up and does the equivalent of the blue screen of death. Either way if you have a friend who gets overwhelmed by stimuli easily, just take them to a calm place and give them some space (not talking also works in my case). If they decide they need to quit today, try to be understanding.
