Lucifer stood before the first man, before Adam, Before his Old Friend with an expression of … slight confusion, the look the others eyes , the anger the hatred, it is not mirrored in the devil’s .. you would think this would be a climax of sorts , that a myriad of emotions would be between them.

And it seems this one’s feelings are .. one sided at best, The Serpent feels no ill will towards the first man before , mearly that of pity mixed with an actual feeling of delight at seeing him again .

When a heart breaks it doesn’t break even it seems .
