And the Winner is...

After two weeks of games and good sportsmanship this year’s Harry Potter House event winners are:

4th place Slytherin with 888.5 points

3th Place Ravenclaw with 924 points

2th place Gryffindor with 942 points

1th place Hufflepuff with 1054 points!

It seems that after so many memes and jokes, hufflepuff won. They dad deadpool with them this year.

So how do you get house points? There will be a series of games available for you to gain points for your house as long as you follow the games’ instructions. The games consist of a combination of flash games and puzzle games, and some demand a little bit of knowledge from the series. Furthermore, for the flash games you will have to take a snapshot and either post on your blog as “hfap house points” or submit to the Newspaper’s blog (Ambrose Chronicles) submit box to proof that you gained the points you are claiming. Since some of you have 2 or more characters, the points you earn will be divide it among them equally. For example, if you get 36 points in one event and  you have 2 characters on different houses, both houses get 18 points (half the total), if 3 from different ones, each character gives 12 for their house (divide total by 3). If all your characters are of the same house, that house gets all the points, the 36. If you have 3 characters, 2 from house A and 1 from house B, then house A gets 24 (the sum those 2 characters got) and house B gets 12.

These are the following games:

Harry Potter Trivia: one or 2 questions will be posted everyday related to the series (books and movies) and the first correct guess will get the points. These questions will mostly be posted in the Newspaper blog - Ambrose Chronicles. First correct answer on this blog’s ask gets the points. (worth: 30 points per question).

Harry Potter Word Puzzle: in this game you will be arranging words, for example: ahryr totper. the answer would be harry potter. One or 2 of these will be posted every day on the newspaper blog along of a hint of what the puzzle is (name, place, etc) and the first correct guess wins the points. Answers should be posted to the newspaper’s askbox. (worth :12 points per puzzle)

Animated Chess: (link) a chess game where the kills are animated and they are cool looking and some are funny, other than that it is like a normal chess game. It also brings the rules and teaches you how to play. The game is not that hard but not easy either, once you win, take a snapshot of the screen of your win. (worth: 24 points per win)

Crazy Chess: (link) a game based on chess where you only use the knight piece and collect points and kill pawns. Practice makes more points in this game and in the level novice they teach you how to play. In here once you die take a snapshot of your points. (worth: 1500 = 3 house points)

Robot Unicorn Attack: (link) We bet most of you know this game, if not, you are a robot unicorn who collects wishes and points that way through an obstacle course journey (worth: 3000= 1 house point).

Wizard’s Spells:(link) this is a puzzle game were you will try to transform or arrange the mysterious letters into words of 3 or more letters. It has 10 levels so we will give a bonus of 3 points if you finish it all. (worth: 1800= 3 hp. 3 bonus hp points if all levels completed).

Talismania Express: (link) in this game you need to rotate the tiles to connect the talisman to gain points, you finish a level once you fill the scale. Many combinations can be done in this game and the longer they are, the better.(worth: 3000= 1 hp).

The one who should not be named: one character from this RP will be our dark lord and you wizards must find out who this is before they destroy the town. A clue will be given throughout this event and on the last day you will submit your guess. More instructions will be given on the last day of the event. Good Luck Wizards. (worth: 250 points)
