Aerith shakes her head. Of course she won't surrender. She just can't. Her people is counting on her. As the last remaining Cetra, she's the only one who could prevent Sephiroth from summoning Meteor and destroying the world. Of course she has to do something. She refuses to just stay there and do nothing.
"I won't, and I can't." Her voice sounds confident, even if the truth is that she's quite scared, too. "You're the one who should surrender. You could be better than what Shinra wanted from you. Now... you're just becoming what they wanted you to be." She pauses for a short moment. "Hojo is the one you want, not me. It's always Hojo's doing."
