What's uncle biscuits like

He's a very nice guy who spent a major part of his money to spoil his nephews (Handy and Toothy). He loves them a lot and will protect them at all cost!

why does toothy hate handy?

Handy and Toothy are brothers and their relationship is at least rather complicated.. (and this is why they rarely interact)

Handy has never been very kind to his little brother (probably jealous of him at some points) He was treating him like shit- Toothy is mostly afraid of him and everytime he sees Handy, he does everything to avoid him (even running away)
