It’s just a habit. “It’s just…” she ends up sitting again, “I had therapy today and she said to reflect on some things I did in the past.” ( or... the college!au in a modern setting where Anne and Catherine are roommates in college. Anne goes to therapy and conversations take place in their dorm )

author note: i guess nieve is back and with something new this time! six the musical has been everything to me for the past year and araleyn may or may not be my new obsession, specially in a modern setting. so, enjoy this tiny 1k prompt for @femslashbigbang monthly challenge prompt "just between us" with much love.

Summary: It's mesmerizing, in a way, to feel without a doubt that Anne is alive. Catalina swallows as Anne's eyes come a little more into focus, losing their glassy shine. Though her breathing is still shaky and labored, Anne is doing pretty well, considering the hand currently wrapped around her throat is tight enough to leave a mark.

But still, her eyes are clear enough that Catalina can read the silent plea in them, to make it all go away, to make it better. And well, Catalina has never been one to shy away when she was needed.

Do you reference Jarneia and Millie when drawing Araleyn?

I used to!! Although I’ve always used Millie AND Andrea?

But they pretty quickly morphed into their own thing because I’d doodle sm Araleyn lol I just tried to just give them somewhat (distinct shapes (face, mouth, eyes, body)

So I mainly just use references for their costumes now

I just never wanted them to really look like one specific actress, since the cast keeps changing and I’m neither willing to pick favourites nor change their looks all the time. But save to say that Jarneia and Millie are p much the original blue print to my art
