“It’s alright.. I’ll answer any questions you may have.”
It was becoming a very stupid idea, Cid decided, to go into this Historia Crux. He guessed the beach hadn’t been that bad, besides the people. However, he wouldn’t be Cid Highwind without his craving for adventure, to test the limits, to see how far he could go.
Well he had gone right into the damn coldest place in wherever the hell he was. The wind wasn’t the only thing howling either.
“You want a piece of me you little shits!?” Cid brandished his spear and deftly skewered the nearest wolf, blood splattering across the white snow.
His crystal glowed bight, he had no time to think. All of a sudden he was somewhere very cold. As the icy wind hit his skin, he felt chills up his spine. At this moment he regretted that he had no sleeves. “Damn..cold.” Cloud held himself as he slowly moved forward. As his feet sunk into the snow each time he took a step, he was getting the feeling that he was lost. He almost lost hope until he noticed a sigh that read, Nivosa Mountains. “Huh..” He didn’t know what it meant , but he had hoped he could find shelter soon. For now, he sat on a small log he found while walking.
“ Okay, who decided it was a decent idea for everything here to be so BLOODY COLD ?! ”
Clearly, Kael wasn’t a fan--- though, he didn’t seem to be a fan of much and he’d rather the cold to some place with thick and sweltering air. It was mostly the fact that it was so unexpected. After all, nobody likes being caught off guard. Pulling his coat in close about him in an attempt to keep warm, Kael marched off in one direction, muttering in an all too frustrated manner (never failing to throw in as many foul words as he could) about how he so wanted to kick ‘that stupid fucking gate thing’ to the ground (as well as a quick mid-rant pause to wonder where Asura had wound up, given they’d started off together). Really, though, it was a shame that he only made it a good few steps forward before managing to slip on particularly stubborn lump of snow --- and, yes, he did land flat on his face.
If the young musician were to be asked, the response, twinged with a whine as it'd be, would be that the Nivosa Mountains were almost, if not just as horrible as Agrabah. Only, well, with ice, with a chill that seeped into your bones, rather than a heat that felt as if it would scorch those who stood out in it on the spot. Infact, the complaint had been there not to long ago. Having rolled off the sitarist's tongue without his opinion being called for.
With a groan, hands rubbed up over the leather covering his arms in a fervent but futile attempt to spread warmth, orbs of a cyan hue shifting to meet the companion up ahead who he had ran across a little while back. "Man, I’m tired of walking. Why do ya think we're out here anyways?"

❛ despite how cold it is, the view is SOMETHING. it’s...really beautiful. ❜
“Nivosa Mountains...”
Namine stared at the sign, her attire already not good for this weather. She wish she could get a jacket of some sort. But she would continue. The scenery, though completely vacant of lush greens, the sun hitting the snow made it sparkle in a magnificent way.
