I just thought of a really neat character dynamic between Nile and another Baccano! character that begs to be explored, either in a oneshot or maybe incorporated into a potential Nile-centric longfic that I’ve been vaguely musing about on and off in my head for the past, what, five months, seven months. 

The problem is we aren’t specifically told which war/year is the one in which Nile catches sight of his reflection, and the timing of that would affect what I’m thinking of...

I mean, God knows I have no idea yet how to actually write this dynamic (that is what would it be like) but knowing when The Reflection happened would be crucial to it annnnndd now I have another question I desperately want to ask Narita on Twitter.
