these days between christmas and new years are so very odd. i have been a little off kilter, a touch out of step. nothing too terrible! but a little out of sorts (how many funny little phrases can i come up with for this..?) however this has led to a bit of reading and writing and cooking and such. i made a risotto! a lemon risotto, in particular, with celery and lots of butter, all topped off with leftover roast beef from dinner. so really i think we're all going to make it 🌟🍲✨🍚
