As I've seen on social media, it's very popular to find cafes in inhabited buildings like this one !
I've always wanted to experience one and, truly by chance, I found one ! It was fun to go upstairs and see the locals' clothes drying outside, it was like living there !
The girl who ran the café tried to explain to me how Vietnamese coffee works. First, she prepares the cream by beating the egg and then she prepares the hot coffee which she adds to the cream and ta-daaa !
The coffee is hot and very strong. She advised me to drink it with a glass of water to dilute the taste. It wasn't very good. I think it's not for me ! But it's a great experience !Just thinking about it makes me remind of the taste of the coffee ! That was five months ago !
