Silence wasn't too common on the Hidden Floor. At least not when there were Eduan and Jahad involved. From a simple mockery coming from Khun's lips to clanging of Lecalicus – no place for silence no matter what. You liked it that way. Constant noises were reminding of battles that either have already happened or were about to. The sounds of chaos liked singing ballads about people that once were just like you. In the same place in life, with similar strength, and identical committed sins buried deep down in their hearts. The Tower made even saints lose their innocence with a taste of tainted blood, because of a temping promise of eternal bliss. You wondered if this was ever going to change. Some people spent their whole lives chasing the unachievable, and never once thought about slowing down to stay with the people they cherished. Until it was too late, and the only thing they could do was watch as the Tower slowly devoured them.

“Oh dear, lost in thought again?” a familiar figure asked, and sat next to you. Even though his eyes looked as if they were made of ice, the man's warmth was too well known for you.

“Weren't you in the middle of bullying Jahad just a few minutes ago?” you questioned, and Eduan snickered slightly. After all, he was just a data. His actions here didn't affect the reputation of the real head of Khun family, so why bother acting like a respectable adult? And bickering with Jahad was his favorite part of this.

“It's not bullying if he fights back, sweetheart,” Eduan said in his defense. A sly grin made its way to his lips, when he remembered how annoyed the king was the last time they met. It's not like Eduan's snarky remarks had anything to do with it. He was the nicest person in the world when he wanted something!

“Sure,” you knew that Eduan and Jahad didn't really dislike each other, but their arguments were quite amusing nonetheless.

The company of both men was enjoyable. Listening to Jahad's stories from his adventures always made the day a little more interesting. Especially when a certain blue haired grape lover tried to talk over him, and bring your attention to his perfect self. Before you met them, you hadn't even thought that two clowns could do the job of the entire circus.

“Where is Jahad now, though?” you asked. “He usually doesn't let you go that easily when you get on his nerves.”

Eduan sent you a disappointed look.

“Why do you bother with him, dear? Isn't my company enough?” he teasingly cupped your cheek, and brought your face closer to his. Maybe if it was the first time it happened you would be shocked. But now? Everyone who knew Eduan considered him a flirt. A few compliments here, a seemingly innocent touch there, and half of the world ends up drooling. Khun knew how attractive he was, and how seductively desirable his presence could be. After all, he always took full advantage of that. You weren't an exception. The urge to melt into his touch was tremendous, and almost inevitable. Suddenly, a powerful aura pulled you apart. You could feel it with every inch of your body, and it was a clear sign of who was nearby.

“Some people just have a good taste, Eduan,” Jahad's voice had a rougher tone than usual. He didn't sound too pleased. “Anyway, I was looking for a training partner. Mind joining me?” he offered his hand to help you get up, completely ignoring the blood-lust that appeared in Eduan's eyes.

Before you could answer, Khun wrapped his arm around you.

“Actually, we were about to leave. There are better things to do than collect bruises for no reason. Right, dear?” Eduan waited for your approval.

“What kind of warrior says that?” Jahad was visibly irritated. “Every training is a good opportunity to improve your abilities, and only a moron could be blind enough to disagree.”

You sighed. Why was it always adults that acted the most childish?

“Can't I spend time with both of you, though?” you asked. Their bickering was entertaining sometimes, but right now it only made you mentally exhausted. “Without arguments.”

Eduan clicked his tongue, and directed his gaze at you once again.

“I can't promise anything, dear, but–,” Eduan said as if he was making the hardest choice in his life. “As long as he acts bearable, I might sacrifice myself for you.”

“That's funny, because as far as I remember, it is always you who wants to annoy me,” Jahad interrupted his dramatic speech. “I'd be glad to spend some time with both of you when your mouth is shut, Eduan.”

“That's exactly what–,” Eduan started to yell, but you had no intention for this argument to continue. Their behavior was absolutely nerve-wracking.

You pulled the blue haired man closer to you, and, to make Jahad's wish come true, shut his mouth with a kiss. That was one of the rare moments when the Hidden Floor was nothing but silent. The other man looked at you uncomfortably with a bit of jealousy in his eyes. As you pulled away from Eduan, Jahad was just about to say something. Grabbing him by the shirt, you quieted his complaints the same way as you did with Eduan. If you knew that something so simple could ensure the peace you wanted, you'd do it much earlier.

“Now, can we hang out without fighting?” you asked, and looked at both of them.

Still proceeding what had happened, they just nodded. Silence could be the most beautiful thing in the world – if you knew how to obtain it, of course.

Hello, this is SIU _ _

This week's afterword doodle is a parody of Frozen, which is popular right now... I haven't actually seen them, and all I know is Elsa and Olaf keke (That’s all.) I listen to their music regularly though. When Frozen 2 is available for streaming, I think I'll binge them hehe. After the deadline of course. I watched Disney when I was little, and the kids of today still watch Disney. Disney is truly amazing.

This chapter... is a continuation of the flashback. Some of the characters in the flashback will appear in the story later, so the flashback may seem sudden, but I hope you enjoy them still hehe.

In the past, we see a lot of names and countries named after Flowers, and it seems many nations were named after flowers in those days. Actually, the Hidden Floor had a similar bit of lore, which may be related.

I thought about making the story about Dowon a bit longer, but it's a bit much to go on for more than a week with a new face, so haha. We finished the short story of the Hidden Flower Garden and come back to the present.

The story of Khane and the People of the Walls. Regardless of the story's theme, the people of the walls could be victims of an ongoing issue. But scapegoating someone while thinking of themselves as weak is something both very natural and very wrong. Of course, I may do something similar if I was in that crowd ^^:

So Bam's team, after hearing about the past, goes to stop Kallavan, and Khane goes to awaken Dowon with Kallavan's help.

Now this side of the walls are about to see combat too. This arc is, along with the next arc, is a lay over into the coming arc, so it will have many shorter but packed fights.

This chapter, like the last one has some additional panels. I always have changes I want to make after the chapter goes up, so even if it's extra work, I do try to raise the quality of work like this every once in a while. I hope those of you who saw the previews get more out of it in the second read too ^^

Personally, I've been getting into the habit of getting myself housing appliances, so I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner. When you're working, cleaning, and feeding yourself all at once isn't easy hehe. I am personally very happy about the recent developments in household appliances haha.

Now, the winter is setting in frightfully, but please stay healthy, and I hope you have a safe week without incident. I will clean, do dishes, meet deadlines until I see you next week, when I will come back with Team Bam on the move, Khane, and Kallavan.

#389. S2 Ch.309: ??F - Hell Train: Three Orders (1)

It's been a while since Maschenny showed up, so I drew Ran with Maschenny keeping him out of the rain.. (A concept shooting?) But, in reality, Maschenny is far from being a kind sister like this.

This chapter.. The story after the Hidden Floor from the last chapter continued. Because there is a restriction against talking about the Hidden Floor I have to be very careful when working on the characters' lines and feelings. It looks like the story will be split into two for a while A big storyline regarding what's happening in the Tower, and a small storyline regarding the regulars.^^

I said this before, but, Personally, I'm afraid that as the world expands and the number of views increase, the story might become less approachable to the readers... The weekly webtoon's schedule is a quite burden itself (Unlike comic magazines, webtoon has no break. Even if it's only a few weeks, it actually makes up a big difference) I will try my best to prevent it from happening, but since the work has progressed this much Maybe this is the time for me to try a new change or challenge. ha ha

Still, the main theme of this story is about "regualrs having adventures" in an enormous place called Tower. Contrary to other comics, the main characters may not be troubleshooters or take a major role in turning the situation I wanted to show them keep climbing the Tower despite being swept by big waves and experiencing frustrations Of course, from time to time, I try to have them leading the story, like in the Name Hunt Station and the Workshop.

Looking at how the story ended It looks like Maschenny and Ha Jinsung's story will continue in next week. It's an unexpected pair.. I hope that there won't be any difficult battle for me to draw, but.. ha ha Zahard Princess facing one of the influential figures in FUG in this situation, is far from what you call a peace (Tears) The reason why Ha Jinsung's residence is like that although he is a “rich guy”.. Ha Jinsung has a quite number of houses.. and he seems to be a fan of that kind of natural(?) way of living He's highly regarded as a danger, too.

Nobody would be curious about this, but if I tell you what's going on with my personal life I suddenly gained 2kg this week and am experiencing a mental breakdown for it... I mean, it was my fault for not doing exercise, but.. I met my mother at my friend's wedding, which has been a while, and she was sad to see an unmarried bachelor already looking like an uncle. (I'm sad too, mother)

Ha ha.

Today I drew Zahard's alter? Power?...(that's long..). He was wearing long garments in the manuscript, so I was planning to make him wear a simple suit. But with a headshot, it does not make much of a difference.

The development in this week actually was about the impact, not the plot (..) It looks like the outside Zahard is incredibly strong ha ha.. Well, it's nothing surprising He's on a whole other level from the data based on his regular self. Since there is still a long path to climb, that much of the difference is pretty much expected. Since there is a big gap between even a regular and an ordinary ranker ^^;

Yura and Rachel's side of the story is becoming more and more chaotic and hellish.. How it ended, was pretty unfortunate. Personally, I think Yellow's story best represents the Hidden Floor.

Bam's second thorn did not make a proper debut yet But it seems that each thorn has a different ability.. or power. Maybe even the transcendental techniques will evolve.. I hope you look forward to it ^^

The weather is getting hotter, and there are so many mosquitoes coming to my window TT Why can't the fine dust kill mosquitoes.. Hope you all take good care of your bodies

One panel for Yihwa since I am glad to see her. It’s been a while… See you again later.

This chapter.. it was hard putting them all in one chapter.. There were few other ways, but it would’ve disrupted the flow, so I made up my mind;; Together with the last chapter, I decided to do one chapter for battle, and one chapter for summing-up. This chapter did not have fighting scenes so the lines got longer.. But I hope you enjoyed it.

The main focus is, of course Zahard and Bam But Big Breeders are villains of this chapter, and at the same time they are special beings (data) that only exist in this arc.. So I wanted to give them some backstories.. Since it’s an chapter that’s happening in the Data world, I thought, “How about this kind of past-.” The fact that Yura has a connection to the Hidden Floor has been previously foreshadowed for a moment, But the first draft was a bit different from now. It has been changed a little by little and became this story.

Data Zahard, it’s hard to get a grasp on his personality, but, (as Edahn said,) currently the data is in strange state ha ha You can see it as the original Zahard’s personality is mixed with another personality that was altered by something that came from the outside.. In reality, Zahad’s character is far from seriousness or authoritativeness, but more of a genius adventurer. Of course, for some reason he changed after becoming the king ^^;;

From the next week, the chapters will be showing Bam’s training and confrontation? between Khun family and Zahard’s side I think there will be a high proportion of battles for a while. Bam needs to upgrade diligently to survive one month after..

Hi, this is SIU. It is now 2018 ^^ I still cannot accept the fact that I am 33 years old now. Ha ha. I should be hurry and make a plan move to a town somewhere in the Mediterranean area And go back to being 31 years old.. [See TN] It probably won’t happen because I have no money lol (tears) Anyway, I hope only good things will happen a lot this year. Now I, too, have come to an age that needs to worry about the future.

About this chapter.. Well, Khun somehow survived again It’s difficult to draw him so how long is he planning to live.. I was joking. Love you my little ba*tard.

The sworn enemy.. is determined by one’s image of that sworn enemy according to the system So if someone thinks ’my sworn enemy was better skilled with a knife than I am’ It is safe to assume that it will be exactly reflected on the sworn enemy. I like Khun’s sworn enemy because she is fun to draw. It’s kinda like dual personality, too ^^;

There have been several plot foreshadowing? somewhat But because the work is long-running, whether the things that were foreshadowed will happen immediately, or will take very long time to happen, is hard to say. But for this chapter, I made the world and planned the conflict, climax, and resolution So in terms of being complete, the chapter might be better than previous chapters.. I think so. However, the volume of the chapter itself can be quite extended with that kind of process ^^; I think these long-running chapters are too risky of a gamble considering the rapidly changing world of the webtoons.. But I still can try.

Also, Zahard’s data, who had only been showing back of his head, has finally started to move Depending on how you look at it, this can be the beginning of the Hidden Floor’s main story. There are still many important and interesting stories left, so please look forward to them ^^

So stay happy in 2018 as well, and have lots of fortune. I, too, had many hardships, but I will try to find my own way, answer, and happiness.

[Bunny’s Note] Korea has a special way to calculate a person’s age. Basically, you are 1 year old when you were born, and everyone gains 1 year when a year passes, not when their birthdays pass.

So if someone’s birthday has already passed, the Korean age would be one year older, and if the birthday has not passed yet, it would be two years older. Since SIU’s birthday has not passed, when he moves to another country he can deduct two years from his Korean age.

It just so happens that I start the year 2018 with my manhwa. I will write my blogpost for Season 2 Chapter 282, hoping that this is going to be a good start. Everyone, Happy New Year It’s quite noisy outside right now.

Khun’s Sworn Enemy… has appeared. She calls him brother, so it looks like she is a member of his family But, where using a knife is concerned, she seems to be more skillful than Khun ^^ If all things go according to plan, I think I will go into every nook and cranny of the Khun family’s story in the future But it will be difficult to do it all at once, so there will be little bits of it every now and then Since the Hidden Floor’s main focus is the past, the main story for regulars, Eduan, and any other characters, will also be centred around their past as well.

Year 2018… When I first began ToG, I had never expected that I will keep it up for as long as for 2018, but looks like the day actually came Working on manhwa, feels so good someday, but then on other days, it can feel dreadful Looking back at it, it all looks like more than what I deserved and it’s just miraculous Anyway, for now my current goal would be an author who can say “Hi” to you in year 2019 as well +In the beginning of the next year, the legendary physical edition might…
