Hidden Getaway

A large, spacious home with four floors and breathtaking views all around in whatever neighbourhood you choose to place it; a home for a sim who likes to live large and may want to walk around the house in nothing but their birthday suit and have no worries of neighbours seeing you as the many trees that surrounds this property doesn’t give passers-by the opportunity to look in as it is also gated.

In the lovely backyard where there’s enough space to socialise and take a swim in the pool that also has the most beautiful views if you decided to lounge in the pool.

From bottom to top:

Basement - guest room quarters (guest bedroom and bathroom, living area)

                 - laundry room

                 - gym (with a sauna and shower room)

Ground Floor - kitchen

                 - dining room

                 - toilet

                 - access to the backyard

                 - living room (which leads to an outdoor area)

2nd Floor - 2 spare rooms (medium and large)(possible bedrooms)

                 - bedroom and ensuite bathroom

                 - outdoor toilet (to be accessed from the balcony)

                 - 2 balcony areas

3rd Floor - master bedroom and bathroom (which leads to a small balcony)

                - a large spare room

Unfortunately this is an unfurnished lot, I wanted to do it furnished but there was too much cc and most of them I don’t know where I got them from so…but at least this give you the chance to style the house with your own or your sims personal taste :-)
