Disney, the time you take to pump out these spin offs, y’all could have just utilize the characters from the isle novels and wicked world, but I get it, y’all care about money, not quality. And I’m at a point where I’m disengaged in this cash grab of a franchise, which is sad because I care for underutilized and underrated characters so much that I’m willing to bring them to life but I feel like I’m wasting my time.

The Descendants universe is expanding ✨ Sidekicks take center stage in a brand-new movie! HIDDEN HEROES: A DESCENDANTS STORY coming soon to Disney Channel and Disney+

On Friday (Aug. 7), Disney Channel and Disney+ launched the announcement of Hidden Heroes: A Descendants Story, a new music-packed film that expands on the renowned movie franchise by shifting the spotlight to a new generation of characters: the descendants of Disney’s iconic sidekicks.

In contrast to the other Descendants movies, which focused on the children of legendary Disney heroes and villains, Hidden Heroes will follow a group of aspiring sidekicks training at the secretive Sidekick Academy. According to the official synopsis, the recruits must rely on their newly learned skills to protect the fairytale world after a villainous pair threatens the academy. Most importantly, they must be able to do so without the help of heroes or their parents.

Leading the cast are Dior Goodjohn as Jennie, the daughter of Genie from Aladdin; Momona Tamada as Zara, the daughter of Yzma, and Jacob Rodriguez as Kronk Jr., the son of Kronk, both from The Emperor’s New Groove; Eva Fossaceca Smedley as Meri, the daughter of Merryweather from Sleeping Beauty; and Harry Jones as Lou, the son of Lumière from Beauty and the Beast, along with Rhys Dawkins, Connor Wong and Kyra Wong as the Potts siblings.

Aleksandr “Sasha” Dmitrievich Romanov is a member of team 1 (A). He was born in Moscow, Russia and has a little sister, Kat. His father is Dmitri Romanov, who fought with the Walkers during the Cold War. he’s a very well known and famous, known as the true russkiy soldat, and also a member of the Imperial Russian Family. Sasha was trained by his father to become a fighter, a spy and an assassin, along with his sisters, Elizaveta and Ekaterina. His mother is Freja Andersen, an Icelandic woman Dmitri meets in London, in the 70′s.

Sasha fled with his sisters to England, where they meet Heath, when he’s 16, afraid that the power of his father makes them do despicable things. However, Elizaveta dies and they’re not able to recover her body. With no option or resources, Alek decides to make a deal with Heath’s uncle, Brandon Avery, to hunt down bad guys and get paid for it. Alek agrees and with that money, he can buy food for him and his friends.

Sasha, Kat and Heath spent one year in the Russian prison of Butyrka when someone betrays Alek. Max and Taylor offer them the chance to get out and make the right thing saving humans, thing the 3 of them have been doing for almost 3 years now.

Sasha is one of the 3 strongest of both teams, along with Nick and Chris. He’s part of the big 3, along with Heath and Nick.

His powers are: electrokinesis, supernatural strenght, positronic blast and flight.
