Hidden Scroll blew the doors off the filed in his debut 

The son of Hard Spun went to the lead early and just kept on drawing away. It was just a maiden race over a sloppy track, but winning by 14 under wraps is impressive in any conditions.

Is he going to be this year’s Justify?

Cause if you haven’t seen the maiden first timer Hidden Scrolls.

I have every reason to be cautious. First time racer as a 3 year old (yes the curse is gone no I don’t think that means everything will get magically easier for unraced 2 year olds at 3 on the Derby Trail), on the slop, going wire to wire at Gulfstream (a track known for its speed bias). But man I kind of hope this isn’t a fluke.

I am cautiously excited about this guy.
