You had to be kidding. This couldn’t be real. Sure, maybe he didn’t know her completely but he knew enough. He mumbled curses under his breath, clearly frustrated with this whole situation. Though, he had gotten rid of her before, but that was different. But with all that being said, maybe she knew something about this cursed realm, he might as well try to figure out something. He approached her cautiously, narrowing his eyes. “Amanda.” (@Hidden-Apprentice)

This was getting too good. Sure, it had been a while, but she should have known it wouldn’t last. When had things ever improved for her, really, without coming crashing back down? No reason this would have been different.
The name is what grabs her attention first, her brain refusing to recognize the voice out of what probably amounts to self-preservation at this point. Anyone who knows her name is on a list, be it good or bad, and she doesn’t know this newcomer so fat chance of it being the ‘good’ list this time. Maybe it’s just another doppel, they seem to get their realms mixed up sometimes but she can at least handle another one of herself— but then she sees him, and ice crawls up her spine.
“—What the fuck?” Back up, get back from him. This can’t be real, this... of all the sadistic plot twists in this fucked-up purgatory, there’s no way he found his way here, right? But he’s standing right there! Her blade comes out in an instant, springing forwards from her closed fist as if eager to dive into his stomach. “Stay there. Don’t fucking move!”
