“It just occurred to me- Even though you know my name, I don’t think I’ve learned your’s yet.” Kyung commented, even though the two were well past the formalities by now.

“at least let me clean the wound!”
“I don’t need your help! I can do it myself!”
Forcefully yanking her arm back, Amy glared with grit teeth through long strands of hair at the man currently trying to help treat the many gashes on her arm. Clawmarks dug into her flesh in animalistic patterns, though the marks themselves were unmatched by any animal Radcliffe had ever seen, and Amy offered no indications as to who or what her assailant might have been. She refused to say anything about it. All Amy did was insist that it was something she could handle on her own. That she had to handle on her own. The only thing that proved to be more disconcerting than her behavior was Michael’s— the tot had apparently caught a glimpse of whatever the thing was and had been absolutely terrified as a result of it, babbling incoherently as he sobbed, unable to form words even as Amy attempted to console him.
With Michael unable to describe it and Amy unwilling to, she was proving to be quite the more troublesome of the two. Whether that was because of her age or because of something else entirely had yet to be determined, but Amy had made one thing clear: she would not comply to anything without putting up a fight. Even if it was to her own benefit.

guilt flashed across the squire’s face as he looked over to miles. he knew that he had a slight tendency to ramble about nothing in particular, but he was used to people telling him that he needed to be quiet. ❝ i can uh ---- i can always go somewhere else if you need, captain! don’t want to spoil your peace or anything. ❞
// @hiddenxknight said: “are you trying to lean in and kiss me right now?"
it took arnold a few moments to process miles’ question, confusion and embarrassment trying to take control of his features. rosy blush already beginning to crawl up to his cheeks, he looked down at the table. ❝ me? t-trying to uh -- to kiss you? th-that’s a laugh! ❞ perhaps zoning out during their conversation hadn’t been his best idea. ❝ just, y’know! listening to you talk is really, really ---- nice? ❞ did that make it better or worse?

🎭 - How does your muse handle their emotions? Do they bottle them up or pour them out as soon as they start to feel?
((Kyung tends to do a bit of both. Depending on what the emotions she’s feeling are, of course. With anger, it could go one of two ways: Either she bottles up the anger in order to use it for something that needs a lot of energy, or she will let out a burst of anger right away if the thing that angered her is more urgent. Happiness is an emotion that she freely expresses for the vast majority of the time, while sadness is a feeling she tries to be a bit more discrete with. Naturally, that tends to backfire when she tries to hide it from people who either know her well, or are just that perceptive to other people’s emotions.))

“Elca- what? No!”
The struggle was paused only briefly on her end to deliver the accusation an expression equal parts confused and frustrated. That didn’t even sound like a real thing, whatever the hell it was! With more fervor then before, Amy resumed her desperate flailing against Miles’ grip and tore her arm away again, though the awkward angle from which she did so left her shoulder feeling incredibly sore from forcing it into a position which it clearly should not have gone in. Great, as if the claw marks weren’t enough damage. Rubbing at it tenderly, Amy winced at how it seemed to ache in response and huffed.
“It’s none of your business- don’t worry about it! I can handle it by myself!”
In any other context the words could have been comfortingly dismissive, but Amy was still running on the adrenaline high of the struggle, she was growing angrier by the minute, and she was desperate to keep some sort of control and avoid panicking, lest the thing decide it wanted to try for a second attempt at releasing itself. She was yelling everything she said, and she showed no hesitancy or sign of stopping. She scowled at Radcliffe, and her eyes showed pure malevolence. It was beyond anything what someone her age should have been capable of showing. It was not the kind of look a young lady like her should have been capable of giving. It went beyond defensive— it was menacing to an extent, as if there was pure evil behind her gaze. But it only lasted for a fleeting moment before Amy scrambled away to create distance between the two of them, and there was a switch in her demeanor. Something just barely audible from under her breath left her lips.
“You wouldn’t believe me anyway.”

Juno looked at the knights as the worked her and her mother standing in the garden painting. Juno couldn’t help but paint the new guard they had hired a smile on her face as she worked. She smiled seeing the knights brake and walking away from her painting wiping her rainbow colored fingers on her dress as she laughed and walked to the new head of the guard. “Sir,” Juno said with a smile on her face. “You work the men awful hard.” She said taking a seat next to him.

❝ ----don’t you think we might be walking into a trap? ❞ sure, arnold didn’t know too much about traps, but anyone could tell that the path they were taking was awfully quiet. perhaps he’d read far too many adventure novels. ❝ what do you think, captain? ❞
