workout for 30-45 minutes at home, saves time driving and gives you more time to watch hallmark!

Is there a workout you could do such that you could watch the movies at the same time?

my equipment is in a different room, so that won’t work. And I normally have a target for how many calories i want to burn and I really, like really need to get back on my program, so it’ll end up being somewhere around an hour.

and you know what? I need to start getting out of my house more. Sure, I know that I’ll get stares at the gym (everyone wants to shame you for being overweight, yet they don’t want to watch you workout: tough!), but I think that’s what I need to do.

And you know what? That’s what TiVo is for!
