I need to write more on Cebu City by Night. Can’t post much because of my soon to be players but I honestly should write more on my Babaylan :)
Her name is Hidlaya, which in Cebuano, means "to long [for something]". She would have been alive around the late 15th Century and should have taken Cebu City as her domain if not for the fact Prince Labao was backed by foreign Camarilla.
She is also an Old Clan Tzimisce and practices Koldunism! :D
