For the S/S 2020 season, unearth ideas of right and wrong, godly and grotesque, & delightful and disgusting. Inspired by Hieronymous Bosch’s painting, "The Garden of Earthly Delights", this collection breaks down and steps outside of established boundaries of art, gender, and materials in order to emphasize originality of expression. Watch as normal relationships of the world get turned upside down and backwards. View images of the collection in order to witness handcrafted textiles such as the use of wash-away fabric, embroidery, screen-printing, and fabric paint along with out-of-the-ordinary materials like seal bones, human hair, and "trash" scrap fabric.
Check out my senior year fashion design collection "Forbidden Fruit" based off of Hieronymous Bosch's painting "The Garden of Earthly Delight". You can see my other designs at hannahbowerman.com or on Instagram @heartbrokenbanana
