ok growing up i watched buffy & I had about 3 marathons upon my 12-18 years.

it is so crazy to watch it now, at 26, & fucking understand all the metaphors. recognize the traumas i, myself, have endured since first watching.

my opinions are so different now.

like i hated season 5, but now i truly enjoy it & can appreciate it. i am obsessed with spike, wasn’t able to acknowledge any wrongdoings & then I’m watching him in s5 and I’m horrified!

the man was sniffing panties… stealing baby pics of buffy from her basement.

that’s not as hot as it used to be.

“Shimazaki....I’m not food.” said Mob as Shimazaki bit into her braid...for some reason. She didn’t really know why. She wasn’t food...she wanted food...strawberry milk...milk shakes...those cupcakes with the pieces of candy on top....and then powdered sugar....food sounded good right now....

But she wasn’t food!

“You’re sweet.” said Shimazaki

“I’m not food though.” said Mob

“I beg to differ.” said Shimazaki

“Ryou....I think that you’re stoned.” said Mob

“And you aren’t?” laughed Shimazaki. Mob decided that he had a really good point. How could she argue with that? He was stoned, she was stoned, they were stoned together...so now she was food. It made perfect sense....

Even though she really didn’t want to be food right now...or ever...but if her third best friend in the whole world said that she was food then she was food now.
