What Friday’s plethora of Section II basketball games didn’t bring Saturday’s action did, here’s the rundown from both the boys and girls hardwood

Boys:

Johnstown- 46, Fonda- 38

The dynamic duo of Ben Wager(14 pts) and Matt Boyle(10 pts) pushed the Sir-Bills o their second win of the season. They’ll open up conference play at Broadalbin-Perth on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

Back to business with some High School/AAU action, starring Miles Bridges and Josh Jackson. Bridges and Jackson are two of the top prospects coming out of the 2016 graduating class, creating a bit of a stir this year around the high school hoops circuit. No word on where Jackson will be attending college (many are saying MSU, possibly even Kansas), but Bridges has already signed to go to Michigan State this upcoming fall. A lot can be said for these guys, but to put it short; they’re nice. Be on the lookout for Bridges and Jackson in next year’s March Madness for sure,
